Öz
In this article the problem of Ukraine's energy dependence was investigated. The measures of energy security ensuring and resource saving through the development of renewable energy sources, such as biodiesel derived from biomass (various waste) were analyzed.

Досліджено проблему енергетичної залежності України. Проаналізовано заходи щодо забезпечення енергетичної безпеки країни та ресурсозбереження шляхом розвитку відновлюваних джерел енергії, а саме використання біодизеля, отриманого з біомаси (різного роду відходів).
