The article reveals the theoretical essence of diagnostics of personality on motivation to success of the T. Ehlers and practically applied to the study of young workers in the tourist industry. The essence of the concepts "motivation", "motive". The results of the survey identified the level of motivation to success of the respondents.

Раскрыта теоретическая суть диагностики личности на мотивацию к успеху Т. Элерса и практически применена на исследовании молодых работников туристической отрасли. Раскрыта суть понятий «мотивация», «мотив». Проанализированы результаты анкетирования, определен уровень мотивации к успеху респондентов.
