ВОПРОС «TERRA NULLIUS» В МЕЖДУНАРОДНО-ПРАВОВОМ АСПЕКТЕ

The article is devoted to the issue of the international status of «Terra nullius» territories. The approach of many scientists concerning the interpretation of this category in different epochs and from different points of view, respectively, is analyzed.

Статья посвящена раскрытия вопроса о международном состоянии территорий «Terra nullius». Проанализированы подходы многих ученых относительно интерпретации данной категории в разные эпохи и из разных точек зрения соответственно.
