ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНОЕ УЧАСТИЕ АДВОКАТА ПРИ ПРОВИДЕНИИ ОБЫСКА, ЕГО АУДИО- И ВИДЕОФИКСАЦИЯ: АКТУАЛЬНЫЕ ПРОБЛЕМЫ И ПУТИ РЕШЕНИЯ

This article is devoted to the study of the obligatory participation of a lawyer during a search and its videofixation in the context of the main changes to the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. In the work, special attention is paid to the definition of practical problems related to audio, video recording of the search of a home or other person's possession and ways of their decision. It also reveals the main aspects of the mandatory participation of a lawyer during a search.

Данная статья посвящена исследованию обязательного участия адвоката при проведении обыска и его видеофиксации в контексте основных изменений в Уголовный процессуальный кодекс Украины. В работе особое внимание уделяется определению практических проблем, связанных с аудио-, видеозаписью обыска жилища или иного владения лица и пути их решения. А также раскрываются основные аспекты обязательного участия адвоката при проведении обыска.
