Öz
The article is devoted to research of features of legal status of third persons in the civil process of Ukraine, in comparison with the previous edition of the CPC. The features of legal status of third persons which declare independent demands in relation to subject of the dispute, third persons which do not declare independent demands in relation to subject of the dispute.

Статья посвящена исследованию особенностей правового статуса третьих лиц в гражданском процессе Украины, в сравнении с предыдущей редакцией ГПК. Проанализированы особенности правового статуса третьих лиц, которые заявляют самостоятельные требования относительно предмета спора, и третьих лиц, которые не заявляют самостоятельные требования относительно предмета спора.
